If you want to make sure your orders arrive on time, it's a good idea to upgrade your shipping method. Sometimes, there can be a lot of traffic for the shipping carriers like UPS, FedEx, or USPS, which might cause delays in standard shipping times.

Even though the carriers try their best to deliver within the expected timeframe, Kybu and the shipping carriers cannot promise exact delivery dates.
Unfortunately, neither Kybu nor the shipping carriers will give refunds for packages that are late or go missing.

When you send an order on a business day after 1:00 PM ET, it will be processed the next morning.

If you send an order on a weekend, it will be processed on Monday.

Before we start printing, you will receive an electronic proof that you need to approve. If you want us to print the files as they are, please let us know.

Turnaround time begins after you approve the artwork proof. If there are revisions or the job is on hold, the turnaround time starts after artwork approval.

Design time is 24 hours, production time is 48 hours, and shipping time is 3-5 days. If you need faster shipping, we can arrange it. Please make sure to submit your order, upload files, and approve artwork by 1:00 PM ET, otherwise, it will be delayed by an extra day.
