Limited Warranty and Claims Policy

KybuSM.com ("Company") warrants that its products and services will be free from defects in material and workmanship and will conform to any written specifications agreed upon by the Company. This warranty extends for the notification and return period specified below and applies solely to the original customer ("Customer"). The warranty covers only those products which, upon the Company's inspection, are found to be defective.

Warranty Disclaimer

THIS WARRANTY IS EXPRESSLY IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND ANY OTHER OBLIGATIONS OR LIABILITIES OF THE COMPANY. This warranty does not apply to any product subjected to accident, negligence, alteration, abuse, misuse, or improper installation.

Final Sale and Error Correction

As all orders are unique to the Customer, all sales are final. In the event of a verified error on the part of the Company, the Company will reprint the order as its sole and exclusive obligation, and as the Customer’s exclusive remedy. The Customer must notify the Company within five business days of receipt of the products to report any defects. Notification can be made in person, by calling the Customer Service Department at (305) 330-9452, or via email at info@kybusm.com. Failure to notify within this period will result in a denial of the claim.

Documentation and Verification

To address any issues, the Company reserves the right to request photographs or the return of the product for verification. If a package arrives damaged, the Customer should first report it as damaged to the delivery driver and take photographs of both the package and the damaged contents. Without proper documentation, the claim and reprint will be the Customer’s responsibility, and the Company cannot guarantee reimbursement.

Return and Reimbursement Policy

If the product must be returned to the Company at the Customer’s expense, the Company may reimburse the Customer for shipping if a defect is confirmed. Charges related to expedited orders, such as rush printing or shipping, are non-refundable unless FedEx delivers a defective product or fails to deliver the order. Turnaround time and shipping options for reprinted orders will vary based on available production capacity and are at the Company’s discretion. Turnaround time commences after receipt of final proof approval, which must be in written format. Verbal approvals are not accepted.

This policy ensures honesty and quality control. The Company will not assume that a product is incorrectly printed based solely on the Customer’s assertion.
