We use UV ink printing technology to create vibrant, long-lasting prints that will make your cutouts stand out from the crowd.

**Important: The Height of your image may be impacted by the width of the image. The width of the image can not exceed 38 inches. All of our prints larger than 40 inches will be carefully folded in half to fit the shipping box, ensuring that your cutouts arrive in perfect condition.

If you want to make sure your orders arrive on time, it's a good idea to upgrade your shipping method. Sometimes, there can be a lot of traffic for the shipping carriers like UPS, FedEx, or USPS, which might cause delays in standard shipping times.

Even though the carriers try their best to deliver within the expected timeframe, CustomBoardsPrints and the shipping carriers cannot promise exact delivery dates.

Unfortunately, neither CustomBoardsPrints nor the shipping carriers will give refunds for packages that are late or go missing.

** Shipping **

Do you need the package sent to places like Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Military & Diplomatic addresses, or other countries?

Please ask about the shipping costs before you order because the prices can change every day.

We use FedEx for shipping, but Etsy calculates the prices using USPS. That's why we suggest contacting us first to get an accurate cost for shipping.

** Production Time**

When you send an order on a business day after 1:00 PM ET, it will be processed the next morning.

If you send an order on a weekend, it will be processed on Monday.

Before we start printing, you will receive an electronic proof that you need to approve. If you want us to print the files as they are, please let us know.

Turnaround time begins after you approve the artwork proof. If there are revisions or the job is on hold, the turnaround time starts after artwork approval.

Design time is 24 hours, production time is 48 hours, and shipping time is 3-5 days. If you need faster shipping, we can arrange it. Please make sure to submit your order, upload files, and approve artwork by 1:00 PM ET, otherwise, it will be delayed by an extra day.
