We ship all orders with USPS 3-day shipping. If your order is time-sensitive, we highly recommend you upgrading your shipping method to our UPS special delivery


Delivery Speed: Please note standard shipping times may be delayed by the shipping Carrier UPS/FEDEX/USPS. While the shipping carrier will make every effort to deliver within the specific shipping times, Kybu and the shipping carriers can not guarantee delivery dates and will not issue refunds on delayed packages.

When you send an order on a business day after 1:00 PM ET, it will be processed the next morning.
If you send an order on a weekend, it will be processed on Monday.
Before we start printing, you will receive an electronic proof that you need to approve. If you want us to print the files as they are, please let us know.

Turnaround time begins after you approve the artwork proof. If there are revisions or the job is on hold, the turnaround time starts after artwork approval.

Design time is 24 hours, production time is 48 hours, and shipping time is 3-5 days. If you need faster shipping, we can arrange it. Please make sure to submit your order, upload files, and approve artwork by 1:00 PM ET, otherwise, it will be delayed by an extra day.

Once you purchase and submit your design, you will get a digital proof for your approval.

It is Important you approve the artwork. We will not send your order to production without your approval.

But, don't worry. We will keep remaining you until you do. LOL
