Do you need the package sent to places like Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Military & Diplomatic addresses, or other countries?

Please ask about the shipping costs before you order because the prices can change every day.

We use FedEx for shipping, but Etsy calculates the prices using USPS. That's why we suggest contacting us first to get an accurate cost for shipping.

** Production Time**

When you send an order on a business day after 1:00 PM ET, it will be processed the next morning.

If you send an order on a weekend, it will be processed on Monday.

Before we start printing, you will receive an electronic proof that you need to approve. If you want us to print the files as they are, please let us know.

Turnaround time begins after you approve the artwork proof. If there are revisions or the job is on hold, the turnaround time starts after artwork approval.

Design time is 24 hours, production time is 48 hours, and shipping time is 3-5 days. If you need faster shipping, we can arrange it. Please make sure to submit your order, upload files, and approve artwork by 1:00 PM ET, otherwise, it will be delayed by an extra day.
