Measuring 3-1/2" in diameter and 2mm thick, our coasters are expertly printed with UV ink, ensuring that your designs are vibrant, vivid, and stunningly detailed. We go above and beyond to deliver the highest quality product, however, due to the natural absorbent material of the coaster, we are unable to guarantee color matching. Rest assured, though, that our colors may vary slightly, resulting in a unique and bespoke finish that only adds to the charm and character of your coaster set.

While we use FedEx for all of our shipping needs, the shipping prices are calculated by Etsy with USPS. That's why we recommend contacting us before placing your order to obtain an accurate shipping quote.

To avoid late deliveries caused by carrier traffic, we recommend upgrading your shipping method for time-sensitive orders.

Standard shipping times may be delayed by the shipping Carrier UPS/FEDEX/USPS. While the shipping carrier will make every effort to deliver within the specific shipping times, Wedding Dream Décor, and the shipping carriers cannot guarantee delivery dates.

Both Wedding Dream Décor, and Shipping carriers will not issue refunds on delayed or missing packages from the Shipping Carrier.

We will send a proof within 24 hours.

Artwork approval is needed to start production.

Please include your order number on the email Include all the information needed for your personalization, such as names, images, colors, contact information, etc.

(If we start the design process and you decide to cancel, a design fee of $25 will be charged.)

** Production Time**

Orders submitted on business days after 1:00 PM ET will be processed until the following morning.

Orders submitted on weekends will be processed until Monday.

All jobs will receive an electronic proof that must be approved before the start of turnaround and printing begins. Unless You (the Shopper) Let us know to print the files you send us, as is.

Turnaround starts from the time the Artwork proof is approved. If a job has artwork revisions, is placed on hold, or is awaiting proof approval the turnaround starts from the time the artwork approval is given.

Design time: 24 hours

Production time: 48 hours

Shipping time: 3-5 days (expedite shipping is available)

All Orders MUST be received, Files uploaded, and artwork proved by 1:00 PM ET, otherwise, it will be delayed an extra day.


Digital files will take 36 - 48 hours to complete after all files have been received.

Things You Must Know When Working with Graphics.

1 - Width always comes First, Then Height.

For example, a 10ft x 8ft banner is Horizontal,

but an 8ft x 10ft banner is vertical.

2. Size and Resolution of a graphic are Different.

Size - refers to its width and height (its dimensions).

Resolution - refers to: dots per inch (dpi).

This is the measurement of dots density, The higher the better.

We suggest 150 DPI at real size.
